Dajan Elana, the Executive Director of BSI Model Management was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Dajan has always had a passion for sports and excelled particularly in basketball.

She was recognized as one of the top 50 players in Canada, trained for the Junior National Canadian Team and played in college at Ryerson University. Standing a slender 5'8 and possessing a mixed heritage - half Canadian/Brazilian and half Tibetan/Nepali, Dajan's exotic looks led her to become a model in Toronto. After modeling for two years and working as a Development Agent for another two, Dajan decided to start her own international model management agency - Born Model Talent.

BSI is extremely pleased that Dajan has decided to join us and lead BSI Model Management. Dajan's vast network in the world of high fashion, entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy make her the ideal person for the job.
